Ten whole years of Mexican Magic!
To celebrate Wahaca’s 10th anniversary in partnership with the Evening Standard’s ‘London Food Month’, I will be cooking a Mexican banquet with some of Wahaca’s greatest hits of the last ten years.
Expect to see favourites like agua chile with bitter orange, a summer-foraged herb quesadilla served Oaxacan style, our mouth-watering seared venison with Tehuano sauce from the Isthmus region of Oaxaca, as well as a raspberry granita dressed with smoky mezcal. Vegetarian dishes include roasted summer vegetables with an incarnation of our white sesame pipian and a corn & spelt risotto with summer herbs.
