With my baby now a week late, my energy levels for cooking are slightly depleted. Thoughts of making pork pies, slow-cooked joints and exciting puddings are far from my mind. Now all I want to do is eat something delicious, fast and easy. So I thought I'd do a mini-series of recipes with this just in mind. Hopefully you'll find them blissfully simple and tasty too!
