1 big bowl


Ingredients

400g frozen peas, defrosted

150g feta cheese

100g Greek yoghurt

1 big lemon, juiced

2 handfuls of mint leaves

1/2 garlic clove, roughly chopeed

75g olive oil




 

Recipe

In a food processor or blender, whizz together everything except the feta.

Season to taste, crumble in the feta and serve.
