What to Expect

I have been cooking for over 40 years and still get a rush of excitement when I open the fridge and think about what to make for supper.  But it is only fun because I have been doing it for so long – it’s as instinctive to me as breathing.  I want to show how the pleasure you can have in the kitchen, whilst producing delicious things to eat.  In my fortnightly cooking classes I will be cooking at home with no more than 30 of you joining me live.  We will cook a three course supper together learning new cooking techniques; talking about ingredients and spicing; how to maximise flavour and goodness in your everyday cooking and so much more. 

Drawing on a lifetime’s experience cooking in Europe, Mexico and at home in the UK, I will focus on doable, seasonal, beautiful food sprinkled with my customary love of colour, taste and pzazz.  In advance of each class we will send you a recipe pack and a list of the ingredients you will need to buy for the class. Menus will feed 4 people but we will provide information if there are only two of you.  We will cook together and then you will be left to eat the fruits of your labour with whomever you have at home. I look forward to meeting you!
