We will cook a three course supper together learning new cooking techniques, talking about ingredients, flavour, spicing, nutrition and more.  Drawing on my experience cooking in Europe, Mexico and at home in England, I will focus on affordable, seasonal cooking sprinkled with my customary love of exciting flavour.  In advance of each class I will send you out a recipe pack and a list of the ingredients you will need to buy.
